I originally posted this on the anime form on here, but I still kinda want to share my take here. Hope you like it.
When I was younger, I used to watch a lot of anime, mostly just stuff that would be posted to YouTube back in 2016. In Another World With My Smartphone and The Rising Of The Shield Hero, among others. One anime movie that really stuck out to me, tho, has to be Redline. If you take anything from my post here, please go and watch RedLine. It's free on Tubi right now, and I can't stress enough how much this anime has changed how I look at media and the work that goes into it. For some context (and don't fully quote me on this), the studio that made the film went out of business partway through making it, but still decided to finish the movie anyway. The entire movie was made using paper, which is so super hard to believe at times because of just how much detail there is in some shots. The film is 24 frames per second, but it feels like so much more. The overall style of the film and soundtrack is definitely a product of its time in the best way possible. I feel like people always say, "They don't make movies like this anymore." I feel like it's kinda pretentious to say that because you sound like a film nerd that likes to call "movies" and "films" different things, but please know that I mean every word when I say that they don't make movies like Redline anymore. If you want a taste of what I'm talking about, I highly suggest you watch the trailer. If Redline isn't for you, that's cool, but if you want something that has high adrenaline action and a sense of style that rivals media like Jet Set Radio. DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS MOVIE, IT'S SUPER GOOD, AND I WILL HUNT YOU DOWN AND TIE YOU TO A TREE AND FORCE YOU TO WATCH THIS MOVIE LIKE THAT ONE SCENE FROM CLOCKWORK ORANGE.

If you're still not interested, why did you read this far?
If you still need convincing, try watching the pilot
Leap and watch the movie now!
It's free, just do it!
