I Had An Interesting And Likely Paranormal Experience

So, one of my friends is a medium, and while I was willing to believe in that stuff, I was also kind of skeptical, as I had never been given proof. Well, we were talking last night, and he was explaining how human spirits tend to look to him, and we're both on VR, so he's drawing out a rough description of how the spirits look. So I'm listening and watching him draw this stick figure to explain what they usually look like, and as he explains how the limbs are usually stretched, my brain flashes an image of an abnormally tall man with no facial features standing in this random doorway I had never seen before. For a second I thought that my brain was just remembering that one scene from the movie "It Follows" where the tall man barges through the door. I check the scene to attempt to confirm my suspicion, but none of that scene matched with what I saw; the camera angle, the shirt color, and the room itself were all different. So I talk with my friend, and they start not only describing the thing I saw but even parts of the room I saw. Turns out, I not only saw their room (they sent me a photo of their room's door, and it looked identical), but also saw one of their attachments that is their protector. Hands down one of both the most startling and interesting experiences I've had.
