This last years i was thinking about putting an end to all.. any tip to do it without pain or suffering? and please do not come to me like if you care about my health care i just can't hold it anymore.

it might sound counter-intuitive but a bullet will hurt more than hanging. Hanging is done in a special way: it breaks the spine from the neck first which will cut off the nerves so you wont feel any pain from your neck down. That's the most painless way but I do recommend sleep. It helped me, and it will probably help you too.
