i can honestly only name two , which are in the tall grass (2019) and recently , bring her back (2025). the gore is excruciatingly painful to watch , but the movies are really good. just don’t watch alone at night and you’re good. any other movies like these though?

when I was young I remember seeing the goose bumps episode with slappy the dummy and that shit scared the fuck out of me same with chucky thankfully i'm over it now, but it stuck with me for a few years.

Nothing like the movies u mentioned but I think fits ur description but for me I’d have to say Studio Ghibli’s Grave Of The Fireflies. It’s known to be the studio’s darkest film and tbf it is quite different than any other film they’ve released. I remember a short scene in the film where the kids’ mother is shown with bandages and blood all over her body, it’s ofc animated but was traumatising to see around the age I watched it
