There's a lot of crowdfunding platforms out there like GoFundMe. You want to help someone out or you agree with some movement, idea or issue and you want to support it, you send over some money and you get to add a comment or something expressing your support.
Now here's my idea. Depending on how much you agree or disagree with an issue or how much you want to/don't want to actively help someone out, you get to desposit cash into, or withdraw cash from a crowd-fund. A limited amount can be deposited or withdrawn by a single person/account to prevent abuse and keep it fair.
This could act as a litmus test to see how serious people are about pushing their money into a fund, Depositing only if they're absolutely serious about it and willing to lose their money to people that disagree.
I call it "Competitive Crowdfunding". I was thinking about this last night and I found it absolutely hilarious. This is obviously a monumentally stupid and completely unsustainable way to manage a fund and that's why I like it. What do you think?
