Problems

I sort of have diabetes.

I've never mentioned this anywhere on the internet or anything. It all started with a blood test I had to take, and the results showed pre-diabetes and anemia. This worries me a lot It also worries my family, but I don't really have a set eating routine. Of course, I avoid eating things that are too sweet or things with a high glucose content to try and alleviate it.

But these past few days I've really slipped up, I've been eating too much pasta and just yesterday I ate a big lollipop, And I don't know if this is normal, but when I eat a lot of sweets, the tips of my toes go numb. It's probably not normal because it's the second time it's happened

Do you have any tips? Any healthy and accessible meal plan recommendations?

Diabetic numbness, often a symptom of diabetic neuropathy, is caused by nerve damage due to high blood sugar levels. It typically affects the feet and legs, leading to sensations like tingling, burning, or loss of feeling, and can result in serious foot problems if not managed properly. <\i>

It would be best to see a doctor as soon as possible.
