school is not disability friendly

i decided to post something that i never see anybody really talk about? 

everytime i go to school its like a battle with my own head, i dont feel natural and feel like an animal trapped in a cage, i dont know how to talk to people and it makes me even more depressed.

school is hard and thats without a doubt, but as someone with autism, adhd and bipolar, it makes it ten times harder, sometimes ill be sitting there and it feels like its too much, my clothes arent sitting right, my hair is touching my neck and i feel like people are staring at me, i desperatley need to escape and go to my happy place, which is being isolated in a cold dark room (aka my bedroom lol), but this isnt allowed at school.

if you arent low fuctioning with your disorders then nobody will take you serious, they tell you to suck it up or to just push yourself, yet they cant even see the fact that im about to bite my own hand off from the way this pencil is even touching me, im sorry im not rolling on the ground screaming and crying because im overstimulated, but that doesnt make me any less important, but they think im just any other student whos "slightly upset" meanwhile im just good at masking my feelings because im already paranoid enough from the way people are staring at me.

no sitting in the counslers office for a few minutes doesnt help, having someone even remotley near me even if theyre quiet makes me feel like im going crazy, these people are abelist as shit and yet they claim to "lOvE and CarrrEEEEE" for disabled people, but only the ones that are heavily low fuctioning, schools are a disgrace to our society and the amount of work they pile on in highschool is insane, youll have suicide pep rallys and theyll be like "never hesitate to come talk to me" then when you do theyll be like "oh sorry! your 20 minutes is up you have to go back to class" fuck you. fuck all of you. they do not care about students well beings one bit, they dont listen and only care about getting their paycheck of jack shit.
