been a while, eh? 

i'm in the mood to procrastinate on my academic responsibilities, which means now's the perfect time to finally complete miniscule, unimportant tasks that i've been sitting on for outrageous amounts of time! plus, i feel like yapping today, so why not.

now, what to talk about... oh yeah, i finally ended up doing the kokichi cosplay i was talking about last year! had my first experience with hairspray because of it. apparently, not all cans are mixed-handed; i got much better control of the spray nozzle thing using my right hand than i did using my left. plus, it didn't keep the spikes clumped together particularly well for whatever reason—maybe i should've used lvl5 instead of lvl4? i'm gonna wash the wig out when i get a chance, since i ended up completely caking the damn thing trying to get it to cooperate, so i s'pose i can just try again later.

on the bright side, though, i got less of a wig headache than i did with my ibuki cosplay! i tried putting folded up paper towels under my wig cap this time cuz i saw someone on tiktok recommend doing that, and it worked wonders. still got some amount of pain (probs just cuz my kokichi wig is a bit tight for my head T_T), but no burning sensation on my scalp, and the duller pain went away pretty much the moment i took off my wig. 10/10 those things are lifesavers i keep them in the box/package thingy with my wigcaps now

aanyways, that's enough screaming into the void for now; i ought to return to my toilings. byebye!! :3
