first of all , I'd like to mention I'M NOT saying melanie is guilty , nor that she is innocent. believe whatever you like. I'M SURE everybody knows melanie but if not , her full name is Melanie Adele Martinez and she had been releasing music since 2014 , with her single debut "Dollhouse" as much as I know. her first album came out in 2015 , called "Crybaby" and then on the same day a deluxe version! though , in 2017 , allegations started against her because Timothy Heller , also a female singer and "her friend" has started to say she got r@ped by melanie. you most likely heard people say "well , she admitted it! well , she denied it!" all sorts of versions and even if I myself , have been her fan since 2016 , still don't know what to believe. what you need to know is that Timothy also made these kind of allegations against Billie Eilish. of course , everybody will tell you "i'd rather believe a potential liar than a potential r@pist!!!" yeah well i would believe her too if she didnt change her story everytime people found a hole in it lol! anyways , I'm NOT taking sides btw. I just wanted to say Melanie is literally legally innocent until proven guilty lol and it's no favoritism or anything , it's just the full on truth. I'm not ignoring Timothy's accusations , nor am I parasocial towards Melanie so don't jump me and send me death threats. it's quite ironic how when Melanie got these allegations the first time in 2017 , everybody cancelled her and tried to ruin her career as soon as possible MEANWHILE Daniel Hernandez (known as 6ix9ine and pronounced as "six nine") pleaded guilty in 2015 to a felony count of use of a child in a sexual performance and four-year probation period and a 1000 hour community service order YET he got praised as soon as he got released from prison! I apologize for making this about another artist and needing to compare to prove my point but it's the only way. there's ton of proof yet people refuse to believe people CAN lie about SA. this is the reason people who actually got SA'd can't get their justice since police don't believe them anymore , assuming they're just messing around and making up bullshit!
so , if anyone is willing to jump me , I insist on mentioning again: Melanie is legally innocent until proven guilty. not guilty , nor innocent. this all is happening on the internet so it's quite hard to believe anything. eventually all this will fade out since people won't care anymore after a few years. they're degrading all this messed up shit to a trend 😂 "I love melanie martinez!!! oh you hate her? OH MY GOSHH SAMEE I HATE HER SO MUCHH UGH" like okay , clout farming at it's peakest. as I said , all this is ephemeral (temporary 🥺 prob used this wrong since it's used in the plant domain , PLEASE don't make me illiterate) bye
EDIT: I deleted one comment because honestly? my brain is shrinking from reading all that bullshit. and I could easily tell they're the same age as me by their grammar! but im more advanced. in comprehension at least! I thought I wrote everything clearly lmfao but apparently not!! I will write a new blog to clear things up bye

Timothy has never accused Billie Eilish. Can people for once search for sources or evidence before repeating claims that might not be true? Second, Timothy has been ripped to pieces and hurt far more by these allegations than Melanie has. Her life has been destroyed, Melanie is still touring and releasing music.

i couldnt care less honestly, if you still blame melanie , you might aswell blame timothy for shit she did. i wrote another blog on this, if you cared enough , you'd read it , i wrote more illiterate stuff timothy said there. someone who accuses someone else of such an act would take things seriously , meanwhile timothy literally says it happened on June 25th and melanie was coming home from tour which is stupid , you cant remember the day of the act she claimed hurt her so much? weird. and thank you , i am doing my research on this stuff , ok , timothy didnt accuse billie eilish. anything else to correct me on? color me impressed

I apologize at how long this reply may be but by writing your comment , you started a conversation so it's recommended for you to read this! or don't , and continue misunderstanding heavily people's opinions and take on situations! writing my blog , I took accountability so I didn't expect anyone to agree with me on this!
I'm glad you find this funny , hence why spacehey is made for so have fun! now , I specified 2 times that I'm not siding with anyone ^_^ And I'm clearly not "jumping through mental hoops" for pointing out that online discourse can be biased or inconsistent , for acknowledging that I don’t know the truth , for saying that legal innocence is the default until proven otherwise , for focusing on melanie's legal inocence and for presenting that false accusations can harm real SA victims. But I get why you would assume I did that. you probably saw all that paragraph and immediately understood that as "yes I'm a desperate fan and try to symphatize with melanie 
". the length, detail, and the fact that most points favor Melanie, is what made you interpret it that way. I'm not making logically wild arguments or inventing facts. I'm being emotional and thorough, but that’s normal for someone talking about a topic involving an artist I've followed for years. nothing I said is illogical or far-fetched and I strongly emphasized my neutrality but it's fine. and I fear you used the term "jumping through mental hoops" wrong. it usually means making complicated excuses , bending logic or forcing a conclusion that the evidence doesn't support. in our case , we don't even have much evidence at all which is why I claimed I'm neutral but oh well, apparently I'm "defending" a weird artist when I made my point very clear. I get that people may not understand basic things , maybe you struggle with that! and don't curse me out , it's a genuine take that was not made to insult anyone. I'm explaining my stance on a complicated situation in a neutral and structured way. you probably or entirely sure reacted emotionally or misinterpreted my neutrality as defense. ohh and you also said that melanie is an artist that doesn't give a fuck about me. 
you're the one parasocial here now , by assuming things and acting like you know melanie personally. maybe she cares about her fans , maybe she doesn't. but by saying that, you're developing parasocialism. you can reword this definitely! maybe I am too bitter but I doubt that.
