Day(s) 7-8 of My 30-Day Experiment (+ art!)

30 day no phone challenge WE ON DAY 8!!!!!!!

QUICK RECAP AND GOALS FOR THOSE WHO STUMBLE ACROSS THIS:

Like I promised, I was going to give an update about my current challenge/experiment. For those who just happened to stumble onto this blog without reading the sixth one right here --> Day 6 of My 30 Day Experiment (New Home Life) - AxelAgony's Blog | SpaceHeyFor a short summary, I am getting off my phone for 30 days. No social media whatsoever except for SpaceHey, which is strictly computer only. The only two things I am allowed to do on my phone is have people contact me and listen to music on Spotify until I am able to purchase an iPod. My goal is to extend this challenge every single time I reach a goal. If I make it to 30 days with signs of improvement, I want to extend it to 5 months and so on. The biggest goal would to be to switch my phone out with a flip phone entirely and live my life without the worries of doomscrolling.

Hi guys, I'm back after a day of skipping. I was really stressed because my dog needed to go to the vet and didn't really have the time to write for day seven. Not that much happened other than the dog thing, I did see the new Wicked movie. It was pretty good, but I do think part one had the better soundtrack and everyone in that movie pissed me off when they spoke to Elphaba. Other than that, it was a pretty solid movie. The reason for being so dry about my review is the fact I find any movie good if it entertains me just a little bit... my media literacy is really bad, sorry. This blog is probably going to be short because I don't have much to talk about. 

One good thing is that Christmas is around the corner and I'm making my friend a jean purse as a gift along with the book I got her. She's been a really close friend, and I'm saddened to have to move, so I thought a purse would be nice. Like a piece of me she can carry around where she goes. Other stuff I got for Christmas (for family and friends) we're candles, bath and body works' gifts, books, makeup, and other things that were simple but appreciated. I've never been a big fan of Christmas but this year it feels really good to buy gifts for other people. That's been one of my goals for a bit now, start gifting more to other people. I just think it's a nice thing to do and it makes me feel good to take the time to make something for another person. As for my Wishlist... I only have a few things I want this year. Checkered slip-on vans, a digital camera, an iPod, more fabric, more ribbon, classic brown Uggs (The tall ones), and a nice quality sketchbook. Actually, I think I'll share something I drew not too long ago.
