ive seen this like pick @ thing on yt its like smthn that has beads or anything in it 2 pick in u can like slime nd put beads in it nd pick on it idk but like yeh thats the idea!! hope this helps >O<

for me i always need to sit on my hands or find something to fidget with that takes both hands, that usually helps :D
