My First Rant!!: Alt in the UAE

It's honestly not that hard to find alternative kids here but the toxicity scares me away. Im 4teen in Dubai and I'd really like to make more alt friends but it's lowk scary because everyone I meet seems to be so mean for no reason, or they intimidate me. 😭

Of course, I still try to find friends here and online bc I'm eager to meet new people. But they kinda gatekeep and they're so sensitive sometimes. Like wdym you won't accept people because they aren't "alt" enough. And as a person who has little accessibility to things, I like asking for tips from people and now it's apparently the equivalent of cursing your mother. Pls let me LIVEUHHHHH
