Lisa Frankenstien (2024)

I watched this movie when it first came out, almost two years ago. During this black and white dream sequence, there were a lot of references to other media. I noticed that her swirly hair and the gems on her face looked really familiar, but I can't figure out where I've seen them before. Does anyone know what this is paying homage to?
