Quitting music and social media. tbh, TikTok and stuff wasn't too hard, but not listening to music so much is actually hell on earth. Everything is so quiet, and my brain is so loud. However, I would 100% recommend this cleanse to everyone. It's been about a week, and I do genuinely notice improvements in general things. There just been a new air of happiness in my day to day. One drawback is that I have been talking to myself a lot more... which I don't really know how I should feel about that. But again, I 100% recommend.
