Kansas - Leftoverture (1976)

i grew up playing guitar hero 2, and the first song on this record was in the game. it was my favorite song to play by far, but i'd never heard anything by the band before, so i was really curious to listen to this. i loved the keys on the entire album, truly memorable, and the drums were on point. my new fav song is "miracles out of nowhere", that middle section lives on my mind 24/7 now.

Ca7riel & Paco Amoroso - Papota (2025)

this album has the funniest lyrics you'll ever hear mixed with groovy melodies that will make you vibe with the mood. the origin behind this masterpiece is that they once performed in a tiny desk concert video, and all sorts of critics fell upon them, so they decided to embrace those negative things and made something good about it. creating this performance was their best decision ever!!
