Soooo I REALLY wanna play Tomodachi Life, but for starters, I don't have a phone. And when I tried to find it on my own, I was left with a whole bunch of nothing. So please, if you know where I can pay it hack-free, I would love to know. I just wanna make silly lil ace attorney characters </3.

I'm not sure if there are any 3DS emulators that can currently run in a browser
If you have a computer I would try downloading a 3DS emulator like Citra or Lime3DS. This is how I have played it on my computer in the past (although now i just use my 3DS). If you have trouble finding a rom for Tomodachi life i can just send you the one I've use (It's the American version of the game, in case that's a dealbreaker)

I’m pretty sure it’s not even on phones, it’s for the 3ds and maybe computer so uh look up stuff for that?
It's originally for the 3ds but you can play it on a phone or a computer using a 3ds emulator
