however you normally approach a subject to photograph, do your best not to. try all different angles, experiment with flash and shutter speed (depending on what youre using to take pics, a digital cam or phone cam or whatever, i think some higher end phones have advanced camera settings). try taking pics of things you dont normally pay attention to. look for patterns around you and try to capture them, challenge yourself to take pics of something new every day or whenever you have time, man even just point and shoot every once in a while and see how it comes out!
