how do ppl make friendz??? (kinda a vent)

how do ppl make friendz?
LIKE GENUINLY- HOW DO PPL DO IT?!

I think itz hard 4 me because im shy n' depressed Pluz i have anxiety... makin it hard 2 talk 2 ppl or message first!1! o(TヘTo) so i have to wait 4 them 2 message me first... I'm not sayin this 2 guilt trip ppl BTW!! it just smth I hate about myself Like I wanna be cool and confident with many freindz and freindz group!!

but I feel like my good yearz r over since im out of high school!! that was the time when ppl makez friendz! n become part of friend groupz!! I want that!! i want a group friendz to hang out, have sleepoverz N hang out at a mall!! 

alzo.. why makin online friendz so hard! especially friendz my own age like- i don't mind befriending people younger then me however its a little uncomfortable ngl like im 18 now i dont wanna accidentally say smth inappropriate to a minor, especially ppl below 15 or 14 no offense to them..
OKAY... done with this pathatic ass rant!!
