Rant about the roblox age verification

I did it a few days ago, AND IT'S ACTUALLY SO BAD AND DOESN'T WORK AT ALL!! 

So, even though it does feel kind of creepy, I know roblox doesn't use those pictures for anything which was fine for me, so I did it. I didn't really read it but it said I was 13+, which I am, and I thought that was that and I could use chat again and it'd be other people in my age range. But yesterday when my little sister had done it, she got 13-16 (won't share her age but she's quite a bit younger than that) and her age was changed to 14. I wasn't aware that roblox was actually CHANGING people's account ages, but I didn't think mine was changed so I didn't bother, but then we decided to play Dandys World because neither of us had played the game in a while and we were bored, and I thought she was just being quiet despite me constantly yapping and after the run apparently she had thought the same too. When I'd actually checked my account age... ROBLOX THOUGHT I WAS A LEGAL ADULT AND MY ACCOUNT AGE WAS CHANGED TO 19!!! I ALREADY HAD MY CORRECT AGE SET ON ROBLOX, AND NOW ROBLOX THINKS I'M AN ADULT AND I'M ONLY GOING TO BE ABLE TO TALK TO PEOPLE ON ROBLOX WHO I WOULDN'T BE COMFORTABLE TALKING TOO!! AND THE ONLY FUCKING WAY TO CHANGE IT IS TO PROVIDE ROBLOX WITH A GOVERNMENT ID. NOW DO UNDER 16S HAVE GOVERNMENT IDS? NOOO DAVID BAZUKI OR HOWEVER YOUR NAME IS SPELT I'M ON MOBILE AND DON'T WANNA GOOGLE. 

AI had already been known to have extreme inaccuraties detecting ages, especially minors, and I believe the ID check was made in case it'd thought an adult was a minor, but it genuinely doesn't work at all, destroys many games where communication is a big part of it and i believe doesn't even make it safer. If a predator really wanted to manipulate a kid on roblox, a determined adult could easily get past the age check. I genuinely hope they remove this feature and resort to something better because I'm so annoyed...
