Went to see the second FNaF movie!!!

I went to see the new movie and it was a good time, one of those iykyk type movies though. I found the movie enjoyable (Albeit strange). I had a great time with my friends just in general and I definitely was a fan of the pizzeria design (I thought it was cool to have the river ride). Also gotta love seeing Toy Chica on the big screen. My only thing was I wish I had re-watched the first the night before or something, because it took me a second to fully remember what was even going on after the first movie, it felt a little detached to me.

Now I get into spoiler territory so here's your warning.

Holy cliffhanger, batman!

The ending being ambiguous was something I probably would have predicted, I mean, the franchise is so huge and genuinely very profitable, so it makes sense, of course they'd want a 3rd movie.

The direction they took with the marionette was so strange to me, I honestly expected them to lean into things like the "give gifts give life" mini-game and so on, being as the marionette (Charlie) is SO important to the game's lore. She no longer takes on the role of the first, they changed that part of the timeline to make it so he was very obviously NOT Afton's first victim. In the movie you even see Afton already IN the suit which is another departure, as in the game she was killed outside the pizzeria before Afton had formed the whole "Lure kids with a suit" plan. Now i'm just wondering who the "first" might be and how that'll be relevant in the coming story, or if they just won't address WHY Afton kills.

And the end credit scene setup for a third movie was super cool to me, the second movie felt like it didn't have much to do with the story or plot of game two at all, but the third seems like it'll play into the plot of the game. I'm excited to see the third as well, assuming there is one (I'm assuming they're planning to have one based on the end).
