Just Started Plur1bus!!

*SPOILERS but only from episodes 1&2*

I started watching it because it was directed by Vince Gilligan, and also who doesn't love Rhea Seehorn (if she did smth horrible idk i don't keep up /w celebrities don't come @ me lmao). However, once I started watching it /w my dad i could not stop, until he fell asleep & then it felt impolite to watch without him.

It's a pretty traditional apocalypse movie at the beginning, but there's a twist, even from the start. There's a mind virus, but it turns people into a hive mind, without diminishing their respective capabilities. It adds together the intellectual and knowledge-based strengths of every person on earth, and then gives that to every single person. Creepy!

I think that the hive-mind could be a metaphor for AI, but maybe that's just because it's been on my mind. Mainly, it reminded me of this copy-pasta:
