well it's cold, wet and grey outside, and i want cider!! and i make really good cider, so i figured i'd share my recipe with all of y'all!! ^u^
here's what you'll need:
- 1 mug of water
- 1 packet of cider mix
- 1 tsp mccormick's apple pie spice (or nutmeg, allspice, and cinnamon)
- 3 tbsp orange juice
here's how you do it:
- microwave your mug of water for 1min. 30sec., then mix in your cider packet.Β
- add 1tsp of mccormick's apple pie spice and stir for a little.Β
- then microwave your mug for another 30 sec., then stir some more.Β
- scoop out all of the powder chunks off the top of the cider with your spoon.
- add 3 tbsp of cold orange juice, and stir that in too.Β
UPDATE 12-9-25: feeling extra?
- microwave an additional 1 minute and 30 sec.Β
- add one bag of celestial cinnamon apple spice herbal tea, and let it steep
tada! now you have some really good cider to keep you warm and toasty!! ^w^
