Day 2 of making my pj pants: more sewing and hemming

This is part 2 of my pj-pant making project that is TOTALLY not delayed

Anyways here’s how my workspace looks like:

It’s so disorganized because I’m in a classroom with multiple of these desks so I’m just smushed into the wall lol. I was supposed to upload this blog yesterday but I was too busy with other hw and stuff. Anyways today I sewed the “U” part of my pants together like this ⬇️:

This is the crotch area of my pants so if I mess up it’ll feel uncomfortable to wear. (Also I could never tell the front and back of this pants bro they all look the same _(:3 」∠)_ )

Next I sewed the edges of the pants together ( I had to restart since the thread was SO uneven) and they actually kinda look like pants now⬇️:

Also I just can get over the fact how this hello kitty fabric looks bro its so cute o(｀ω´ )o.

Next I’ll be hemming the ends of my pants so I don’t drag it around the dirty school floor like a mop (yes I’ll be wearing this to school for PJ day) it was so hard having to pin it so it’ll be same length as the other leg I literally scraped my finger with the needle so many times.

They look kinda uneven and a little messy but oh well it’s not like I’m going to where my pants inside out. Also shoe reveal. I rlly need to get myself a pair of those Ugg boots or something cause it’s too cold for sneakers man. Who else can’t for it to snow so school can be cancelled? (_ _).｡o○ also I wish SpaceHey would bring back layouts sigh and maybe make a DIY category for blogs…

I’ll be posting day 3 tomorrow which is hemming the waist and adding rubber bands.
