I want you to know, dear reader, that you are great. You're an incredible and ressourceful person and I know you'll get out of this in one piece and happy.

We all have hardships in life, it's part of the deal. Sometimes little hills feel like mountains, sometimes we doubt, we just want to stop climbing.

I do believe in you. You deserve to feel alright, to feel good. You can rest if you want, but I know that in the end, youll be able to make it.
