my wrist hurts

ok, my right hand wrist has been hurting for the past two days, and it's not too bad but it does suck

it's like this really dull, sort of throbbing(?), ache that's mostly in the part of my wrist that's near my thumb and while it's not really affecting me when i'm working but it does bother me sometimes just because of how consistent it is.  it's not my first time with wrist pain but it's usually super temporary and its never been a pressing issue.

my best guess is that its a really small overuse injury, simply because there's no swelling or sharp pain. i am a little confused though because i didn't think i was really putting my wrist through any strenuous work but i guess i was wrong? another guess is that it might be acting up since it's getting colder outside and i have a history with issues like that so it's pretty likely it's that.

anyway it's hurting while i'm typing this which is super annoying especially when i have an essay to finish :( if anyone has any advice for dealing with this, it would be super appreciated!!
