i need help lololol (netherlands)

yayy first blog but that's not important, i need help with finding shops that sells whimsy twee (or anything related to that as long as it isnt goth or y2k/stargirl) outfits that are also NOT fast fashion. i've been trying to google places but i cant rlly find them anywhere i rlly suck at googling things when its actually important. i also dont mind if its a little too simple i just want cute colorful outfits that doesnt stand out too much because i hate being judged lol. it could also be a website but i prefer irl shops, i would still appreciate it anyway :-)
