NIRVANNA THE BAND THE SHOW THE MOVIE THE TOUR

GUESS WHO'S IN BOSTON!!! ME!!!!

I am in Boston right now fleeing my university studies to go see Nirvanna the Band the Show the Movie the Tour at the theatre!!! And I believe there will be a Q and A from Matt and Jay as well after the screening. I am so excited to see this movie.

The snow was rolling in crazy today on the drive in. We got lucky to hit the train station for that long ride right as the weather picked up. So much snow! It was beautiful with all of the Christmas decorations. We stopped at LL Bean and I was given a warm sample of Christmas tea. Here in Boston it is rainy, but that makes it easier for taxis and Ubers to drive. Just means it will be even cooler to take the train back to what the storm left behind.

We might actually be travelling into the storm.

UPDATE: I am back from Boston- I am a firm believer in not revealing your exact location WHILE you are there.

Nirvanna the Band the Show the Movie the Tour was incredible oh my God. Hilarious movie, even better to watch with those who are fans of the show. We aren't the only people who travelled far, there was someone in the audience who came from the UK!!! Complimented a dude in line for his super good outfit, dressed like Matt in a beige hat and matching suit jacket. He told me his friend came dressed as Jay, who we later got to see when Matt Johnson saw them in the crowd and said "they look just like us!". In case we got the chance, I made a card for them. Unfortunately, there was never a chance to hand it to them, but Myia had a dream that night that we gave it to them and they appreciated it a lot, which was good enough for me. We got free posters too, and I may or may not have walked out with eight of them, since the people at the table were encouraging people to take as many as they wanted. So awesome to see Matt and Jay in person talking about the movie (And other stuff ofc lol). I won't forget it.

On the train ride back, I downloaded all of the OG web series onto my terabyte drive and watched a few. I have the habit of quoting Matt in the first episode saying, "WE are Nirvanna the band, and YOU are about to be sent TO THE MOON!". I mimicked that whole thing in the theatre when it played (spoil alert?) (sorta LOL). So glad I could see it with my BFF too. It was their first time in the United States.

Highly recommend this movie OBVIOUSLY, and it will be out officially in early 2026.
