I have been drawing for 4 years now and still anatomy seems to be a problem.
I tried everything! Books, tutorials, post, etc. Yet I seem to not understand the whole "bones" and "muscles". Honestly I don't think I have to learn it that deep but I would like to draw a full body without it looking all weird and unporpotional.
I want to get into Art univerity after graduating secondary school and I really want to show off that I can draw more then just floating torsos!
If anyone has great tips or youtube videos, that would be dead cool!
Thanks!

Yeah anatomy is the worst. As a self-taught artist I just drew what looked right, never actually studied it till my late teens/early twenties. Still got a lot to learn too.
What really helped me was live figure drawing. I went to a class for it, where they also taught us muscles/ligaments/bones. Every week we'd focus on drawing a different part of the body. Being able to draw a living, breathing version of what we were studying was really helpful.
If you have figure classes near you would def recommend taking one.
Thanks so much!
I actually am someone who likes to lear in person more than online so I definitely search around for classes, or similar classes like these :)
