I seriouslly hate EA dude, I hate that TS4 is so boring without any expasion packs or mods, and I do have mods but not packs, I want to have vampire sims but I can't because the pack is very expensive and I do not afford it, which sucks becuase TS4 gameplay is very boring if you don't twick anything to make it more interesting.
installing cc is cool because you can make your sim look more like a real person but at the moment to play your sim's life is all "meaningless."
for example I made a vamp sim (just make him look like one) but he can't drink blood or do what vampires do without the expansion pack that is about 56k in my country (you can convert). And in my opinion why do everything has to be behind a paywall, why every small thing has to cost an amount of money, and yeah okay they need it to exist, but everything is exageratedly (or however you spell that) expensive and not affortable for all of users, and yet, people who pirated the packs are being called out and closing Anadius for trying to have a good gameplay not spending the money they don't have.
and seriouly? EA has done nothing for their users more than just break the game over and over again with unecesary updates that are forced and there's no way of turning them off, you can do so just going offline wich literally is absurd. And honestly having to pay for just to have a more realistic, fun and pleasurable gameplay is just absolute bullshit at this point. To have to play for everything in The Sims is just absurd.
also I would appreciate if someone has or knows where I can get the vampire pack for free and how to install it (legit and safe) even tho Anadius closed.

I do think that EA is better than other companies in some ways as they do have some good products without too much bs that are usually more indie games or games made by Vince Zampella. But the sim franchise is one that EA has absolutely mistreated. The sims 3 never goes on sale and is like $30aud for the game alone. They relegated the mainline sim city franchise to some mobile game no one cares about and killed off all the spin-offs aside from the sims. And when they did make a new sim city game like a decade ago or so it was always online and was infamously bad. Also why can you not by Sim Earth on steam or gog or something like why is the only way to obtain the game legally on some 25yr old cd. Everyone knows EA has been treating Will Wrights franchises like trash and turned Maxis from an innovative and beloved company to a rotting corpse in their closet.
I used to have it on steam but I find it more easy to use in EA, plus the prices in Steam were also too high for me. which leads me to the same problem.
and yeah EA with other games it's good I guess, I don't have more games in EA. But in the sims it's just miserable :/
