DONATIONS DESPERATELY NEEDED🦮🦮🦮

This is a French owned organization in Canada (idk if there's more elsewhere) that trains/provides guide dogs for the blind & they function SOLELY on donations!! The Mira foundation is  e x t r e m e l y  under funded. People who get guide dogs from Mira don't have to pay for the dog (care needs exempt, of course) so it takes $40,000 of donations for just ONE dog. No, the money is not given to the visually impaired individual. It goes straight to Mira so they can buy a dog (yes, BUY. Because they only train certain breeds) & pay for its needs throughout its training. The pandemic has effected the blind community very harshly in ways you wouldn't even think of, guide dogs have been forced to retire & be "replaced" bc of it. Pre-covid, the wait list for a lot of people to receive a guide dog was/is YEARS long but now is even longer & they are so so so far behind. Especially, since they're donation funded. If you aren't currently able to donate, PLEASE  S H A R E  this so more blind people can get a guide dog!!🗣🗣🗣🗣
