A question to Atheists

Do you still celebrate certain religious holidays with your family? If yes, why?

The thing is, if you don't celebrate Christmas, for example (originally a pagan festival, later changed to the celebration of Christ's birth), you'd miss out on celebrating with your family, the food, the drinks, and the atmosphere. Plus, you have a whole day off every time there's a holiday, so you should make the most of it.

Oh that's nice! We don't get a whole month of holiday for Ramadan (since it lasts a month) but during the celebration after the fasting is over, we get a week off from school .

I'll start, my entire family (nearly) is Muslim. I still fast with them during Ramadan because the feeling you get once you can eat that delicious food, is priceless and gives me nostalgia.
