I do! and i have been doing even before c.ai or other chatbot apps were a thing. Idk why people prefer to rp with these kind of AI, they're boring and even annoying.
I get that a lot of teens use this to avoid getting in danger with possible creeps on rp groups/servers/apps but i think people also need to understand that lots of these chatbots are feed with fanfiction posted on public sites. You're indirectly encouraging the stealing of fanfickers talent with these.
Even if your friend don't rp as you want or does it in "cringe" way, rp with someone human is WAY better (and fun) than with a fuckass chatbot

jk i know what you mean, and I think you're right, which is a shame bc AI bots actually suck. It's hard to roleplay with them when they can't even remember the main plot 5 sentences in
