Screen time and phone privacy

So I’m a teenager who has a screentime on my phone, its only on my phone bc i wear glasses and using the small phone screen alot can worsen my eyesight, anyways so since i got the screentime rules ive felt this feeling of that im being watched all the time i actually use my phone.

I feel as if I’ve lost all privacy bc wdym my parents can js see how much screentime i have, where I’ve used it, what i did on that app, HOURS after i even did it?? I also feel as if theyre watching me all the time, sometimes before i sleep my mom/dad comes in my room and takes my phone saying ”you’ve used it too much today, i think your cheating the screentime”? Like HOW would that work? Now i feel as if I’ve got no privacy and I’ve got no idea of what theyre reading and what theyre not, I’m genuinly going insane, what do i do??
