the house is downloadable, it's called abandoned house by kativip
as for the interior - i can't really tell you since it's a lot of random cc furniture, but you can find a lot of stuff in aviolina's silent hill sets

Absolutely stunning!! This just made me love the Sims 2 even more lol!!! Glad to know mods on Sims 2 can still work really well. I'd love to play it, I just need more storage on my laptop. Even though I haven't played it before myself and have just seen gameplay of it, I know its my favorite out of all of them hahah. Any storage recommendations? Should I buy a Ram? Pay for storage on my laptop? Lmk! :)) <3
well i'm no expert either, buttt i bought additional 8gb of ram on top of my base 8gb + even with all the mods i have the game is still relatively lightweight (compared to modern games) at around 20gb, so the clean game weighs no more than 10-12gb! it doesn't really require a lot of ram if you're not going to overload it with mods like i did, so if you have at least 8gb you're good :p

ohhhh i download a bunch of random stuff from random places like mts, tumblr & pinterest so the majority of my folder consists of singular pieces of clothing made by someone ... butttt the ones i can remember at the top of my head - hhelpyourselff, spell-bloom (both on tumblr), nightcrawler, & my personal fav aviolina ^_^
