Every time I go on a SpaceHey user's profile, I'm rolling dice where if I roll a 1, I get flashbanged with unreadable text, flashing lights, or generally too much motion without warning or reason. Please stop this!!
If you have flashing lights or crazy effects, please warn about them on your website before enabling them!! Plus, half of your "About Me" section is completely unreadable because you choose the worst colours in the worst fonts with the worst backgrounds. It's actually ridiculous how unaccessible your websites are, but not in the fun cutesy way, in the same way corporations don't have a high-contrast mode, or political parties not having an easy-read manifesto. Its stupid. Fix it.
Look at Geocities!!! The place that inspired Neocities and a bunch of other revival projects (Like Spacehey!) - Can you read the websites? I can!
So why is it that I can't read any of the websites on SpaceHey?? It's just silly that I have to disable all CSS if I want to read your profile or blogs. And stop with the movement, please! It's all just too much and I'd deeply appreciate if you emphasised accessibility in all of your websites. Take like, one accessibility course (Google has a good one!) and you will be miles ahead of everyone.
Obviously have fun making websites, but like, cmon man. Make them readable.
