Why gender labels have to exist?

I know, I know they are necessary in society. I just wish they weren't necessary. I'm not a man, I'm not a woman, I'm not no binary, I'm just a pack of muscles and bones, I'm me. And, in English, you can use no pronouns (even if it sounds weird), but unfortunately in Spanish we don't have that. We have They/Them pronouns, but most people don't use it (and is not for me) and pronouns are important in the spanish grammar. Sometimes I just wish gender labels were optional :(
