My experience playing The lies of P

So I've started playing this game not long ago and I absolutely love the themes and vibes of it. 

Im not too far yet in the game but the atmosphere and story are amazing. I really like robots and old steam-punky vibes so I immediately fell in love with it. Its also pretty gory but that just enhances the dark vibes.

The only thing I have a problem with so far is the combat game play. I always set my game difficulty on normal while playing pretty much anything. Sadly with this game I had to lower it to easy because the combat is too difficult for me to get used to. My main issue is that it takes way too long for the character to strike and then when I quickly want to dodge an enemy attack,  I am unable to because I have to wait for the character to finish the strike animation to do any other actions.

For now that's all I have to say.
