saki7 😱

so.. saki7 recently got announced as the next event, which absolutely shocked me and the rest of the project sekai fandom. like, seriously, this girlie keeps starting all the rotations in the middle of the current one! we all thought it was going to be shiho6! (love saki tho. she's literally me 😋) however, the producer note is scaring the shiiiit out of me and all the other leo/need fans.. fym "if we call the girls' bond with each other fate, then was this outcome already decided from the very beginning" ???? that's very ominous, especially considering what's been foretold

as for what i believe will happen, this message is definitely telling us that the conflict is going to start during this event. saki clearly has a preference for intimate and smaller venues where she can better connect with the audience, while shiho strives for more fame in leo/need's name, reaching greater heights, and performing at big festivals. these are clearly opposite ideals that will most certainly clash with each other one day. and it seems that it's starting after over a year's worth of anticipation... obviously, it's interesting from a narrative perspective, but i am WAY too attached to these characters, and the shihosaki ship especially, so you can only imagine how i feel 😭 like please spare me omgfbdsjnf 

maybe this event is giving way for events such as shiho6 and hona6 to happen. shiho6 could be shiho realizing that everyone wasn't truly on the same page the entire time (especially saki), and be an event exploring her feelings regarding the matter and how helpless she feels for not realizing (angst edits would go crazy). hona6 could be an event where honami attempts to mediate the group and create peace amidst all the arguments (if there are any) because she believes that is what she should do as the leader. but gahhhh the shihosaki angst.... please let my lesbians make up and make out in the end!!!!!
