recession indicator

Bro, I've seen like probably 4-5 blogs or bulletins about wanting flip phones or any form of physical media. AND THAT'S SO REAL!!!! This economy and state of the world is so bad JUST RIGHT WHEN I TURN INTO AN ADULT. 

I seriously need to stop doomscrolling because it's stripping off my creativity and I know it's bad. I know I should just stop but good Lord, help me. My attention span has gotten so bad. I NEED to atleast write journals daily like I used to and read books like it's my only form of entertainment, also, like I used to. One of the reasons, I think, is because I worry about things less at a young age and now that I worry about so many things, I just get overwhelmed and tired. BUTTT I gotta be consistent. In every aspect. Especially my phone addiction. I tend to close an app then open it again. 

Anyway, I yearn for the early 2000s technology where technology such as phones exist but also living my life. Also wish my friends feel the same way. Gotta stop using our phones bruh and avoid consuming AI and brainrot content. Rotting my brain, literally. (duh hence the term)
