not half bad (happi trixie)

hello my little ponies. im in clarksville, tennessee and its honestly rlly nice here! 

tennessee is beautiful. its november and nearly december so when i was flying into nashville i saw orange trees mixed with groves of skeletons,along with huge hills like whatttt theres actual forest here what the heck!!! and the only elevation changes back in florida would be like. if you climbed a tree or dug yourself a canal XD. but here theres so much. topography!! its not all flat its all. HILLS. this is awesome. but its terrifyingly cold.. going to be below freezing by tonight!

its been difficult to get used to the time change, even though its so little. this is the farthest i've been north in all my life and the sun setting at literally 5:00 ct is so jarring.

but i've been a lil carried away, lets see how i got here.

okay so my grandfathers cousin passed so he needs to go up to a funeral which (in the most respectful way possible) i didnt really know and i would rather not go to a funeral in general sooo yeah.

i flew solo into nashville while he went somewhere in north carolina,,, asheville? idk. maybe south carolina. so yeah my aunt (my grandfather's son's wife) picked me up and it was fun.

my family dynamics are odd. i was adopted by my grandparents because my mother couldnt take care of me herself and my grandfather isnt by blood but we look very alike!! so my uncle is my brother as well. and his wife my stepsister and aunt?? i just say aunt and uncle since they're more than twice my age.

but anyways, while i was riding with them here, i had to note the sheer beauty in the scenery here. during midday it looks like its afternoon even when the sun is highest! its so odd. the actual genuine forests here are much unlike the... untamed jungles? back in florida. 

also its cold and windy. no likey. 

i love my family on this side. their children are very silly, an 8 year old and nearly a 5 year old, but both i'd say are more mature than their age implies. though they are crazy and silly.

anyways time for the meat of the story.

I. WE. WENT. THRIFTING!!!!!!!!

IT was so MUCH FUN I STRUCK GOLD!!!

first off i found a game of thrones shirt FOR THE THRONE!!!. then my aunt found forth wing merch. which i explained when she said "hey (Trixie) what does this mean?" and although i disliked the book which is just. sex and dragons. the fantasy version of 50 shades of grey, the shirt was TOOOO PRETTTTYYYY TOO OPT OUT OF.... idrk what else i got i in terms of clothes but i got this amazing robe i got on and maybe something else idk!!

but i found. the best thing ever. 

TWILIGHT. SPARKLE. PLUSHIE. 

I WAS SO LUCKY TO HAVE FOUND IT I JUST SAW THE COLOR COMBINATION OF HER MANE IN THE CORNER OF THE SHELF AND I WAS LIKE. . . TWILIGHT??? SO I PULLED IT OUT AND IT LOOKS OFFBRAND BUT IDC ITS SO ADORABLE ITS LIKE THE. YOU KNOW THE RIVULET PLUSHIE?? IT LOOKS LIKE THAT BUT IN PONY FORM BUT WHEN U LOOK HEAD ON AT IT SHE LOOKS LIKE SHES MAKING AN 0W0 FACE AND ITS ADORABLE AAAAAAAAAAAAA DIAMOND! RUBY! EMERALD! PLATINUM!!! ABSOLUTE PEAAAAAAAAAAAKKKKKKKKK 

also got a snake plushie :3 

ANYWAYS ITS BEEN SO AMAZING SO FAR WE'RE TRAVELLING AROUND FOR THANKSGIVING TOMORROW!!
