Y'all ever get attached to the gender you're attracted too????
For example I'm a straight girl and I've had this guy friends and I get attached to their attention,like I don't like them romantically,and it's neither the "I just like the attention" trope
I just genuinely like hanging out/chatting with them
I'm wondering of this is normal.
Lately,it's not js guys,honestly,with my horrible friend experiences,I'd assume,I get attached to anyone that shows slight affection bc I WANT YOU TO MAIN ME OKAY?
like I'm so exhausted from overthinking and I need you to over comfort me😭

I kinda feel like I'm in wrong for wanting their attention because I shouldn't have romantic feelings towards them,but I know that it's not a crush,it's just yearning for friendly affection ,o top of that I am an only child and every single frie d needs to be close to me:((
