what do people want from me?

i'll start this off by stating the obvious: i'm autistic. my special branch is aspergers, if we still use that name lol. anywhos, it has always caused me to have pretty bad social issues, especially when it comes to making friends.

i've always been made fun of for this. i've been called a loser and bullied for being the only autist in my school.

but recently, i recently wanted to change that and at least make a few friends. i've tried doing what my therapist has told me, and been more friendly with people at my high school. 

whenever i do, however, the guys call me weird or a faggot and the girls think i'm a creep. i'm not saying anything weird or creepy, i just say hi to people. 

what do these people want from me?
