Tetsuo Tamashiro from Yakuza 3 might be the worst boss in any game ever

yakuza 3, for the issue of all the enemies blocking your attacks, is a good fucking game. it's story is something i like (especially the moments with rikiya and kiryu being a dad) and this games soundtrack is amazing

but there's one thing i hate about it (aside from the blocking stuff)

the third boss fight of this game, and also THE WORST.

for context, in the early game you are weak. you do shit damage and won't have any of the moves and upgrades you can obtain later on, but the previous two bosses (Goro Majima and Rikiya) are managable because they only have one big health bar.

tamashiro has two. combined with the blocking thing (though he mostly does this dodge during his first phase) and the crap damage makes this fight feel like it takes a milenum to finish 

But his second phase is much worse. His first is just him using a pocket knife, it's shit but his second one is BAD. he wields brass knuckles in this and he becomes WAY more annoying because his combos can stun you + im pretty sure he also is locked onto you during them (meaning if you were to quickstep behind him during the combo) he'll just turn around and continue attacking you.

he also has a move in this phase which is triggered after you hit him a certain amount of times while he's blocking. which is ASS

and this is ONLY the THIRD boss of this game

it took me god knows how long to beat this motherfucker but i hate him

(also "his" boss theme is what plays on my profile, i use quotation marks because More Huge is the generic boss theme for Yakuza 3 and he's one of three characters to use it, the more you know)
