People are saying "Neocities", but thats more like 2020's. It's the "2000's aesthetic", but not actually 2000's in any meaningful way.
You should check out Neocities' inspiration, "Geocities". Was a huge phenomenon till it shut down in the US in 2009. A much wider audience (Both younger and older), and it involved real people posting about everyday life in the 90's. Very heartwarming.
Try adding a date-range to your google searches; Type something, Click "Tools -> Any Time -> Custom Range..." and put the dates that you want. You'll be able to view website pages which originate from a certain date you decide (Though keep in mind, if its been updated since then, the old date marker still stays!!)
And of course, try web.archive.org to find old versions of websites you currently know about. If you go searching, you'll find old fascinating websites all over the place!! Just gotta know how to look for them
