(TW) stopped s/h today/started getting soberness

I started to get sober from s/h just today if anyone cares ;-;

im kinda proud if myself for trying to stop its hard since my mental health sucks and other stuff but im glad im trying to take a step forward :P

But ya recovery is gonna suck but i wanna get better even tho its really rough rn :/ ima get thru it tho hopefully im gonna resist ima try.. hope for me ^ ^

btw ty to my mom who made me wanna stop and to my bestest bestest person friend in the world for helping me out (yk who u r :p)
