I don't know where to do my INTERNSHIP

I haven't written in so long on here, I do miss writing my thoughts even if I don't go back to them or nobody reads it. ANYWAYS I have been thinking where I'd like to apply to do my uni internship  which I have to define 6 months from now!! I love europe, absolutely love italy (where i wanna live) and I love how easy it is to travel there. I was also thinking on NYC, I have only been once for like a week but I loved the energy, the constant movement (although IDK if i would get tired of it easily) and I also think meeting people my age is easier there. I'm so looostt
