Dormitory's kitchen floor is bad. i need an opinion!

So i live in a dormitory where each person has there own room and a share two bathrooms with a shower and a bathroom with toilet, we have also a shared kitchen(no Livingroom). Since august i lived with a guy lets call him Jake.

He doesn't really do stuff in the dormitory, like i have throw the trash three times in a row and washed the floors like three times in the shared arena, like i know i should proply do it more often then that.

BUT he dose the dishwasher and puts my stuff too in the there, like i don't mind. we never really talk even if where classmate too. Where both from different places in the country, since his from the capital and i from the middle part of the country.

SO the real problem is the floor in the kitchen now. Its visibly dirty. (I do where flip flops around)

I am contemplating whether to just clean it up OR should i wait until he might move out of there and clean it up.
