Can I be scene but not like the music most scene kids listen to?

Ok so I love the fashion and hair but I just don’t like the music style. Rn I listen to people like cupcaKke and like 90s hip hop I have in the past tried listening to artists of the scene world.  It any who I would really like some of your guys opinion:)
