I think I just created the most bittersweet Sims challenge 😭

Yesterday I decided to try doing the 100 baby challenge, but after 3 kids in the span of like 2 hours I realised they were all dying, my sim was peeing herself and passing out, and there was no way I was gonna last another kid.

So I decided to do an easy 100 baby challenge. I was going to have as many kids as I could, but my sim would be allowed a husband and help and cheats and a big home and lots of money.

Then my mum suggested that I just have one baby each generation.

So I created two sims, April and Martin (there's a really funny story behind his name that involves my brainrotted little brother) and they live the cutest little life in a cottage with a farm in the Cottage Living world.

Her name's April because she's generation 1 ofc. They just had a little baby boy (who I named Benedict after Benedict Bridgerton hehe) and I'm now just realising soon he's gonna grow up and get married and leave the home. So then I'll play with him, and him and his wife will raise their kid. And then when their kid is grown they'll move away and I'll play with them and so forth.

But before I know it April and Martin will be dead and little baby Benedict will be a grandpa 

And I calculated it all roughly. If I play every afternoon, it should take me about a week to complete each generation. But probably a week and a half. But all up, to complete the very last generation, it'll take roughly 2 years.

I'm naming them alphabetically so I can look back and know which generation each one is. Hence Aprils name starting with an A and Benedicts starting with a B. Then his baby will start with a C and so on.

But it's gonna be so sad because when the very last baby has grown up and is dead I can look back on the family tree and see April and Martin all the way up there and just look back onto their peaceful little farm life.

Even sadder, because at some point one of the future generations is probably going to move into their house, maybe even rebuild it if I feel like they should. But like, everyone will just be dead at some point, and April and Martin, still currently young adults with their newborn baby, will have started it all.

Before I know it they'll be someones great great great great great great great great great great great grandparents and I can't take it 

It's so bittersweet I'm gonna cry  idk why I'm so emotional abt Sims it's probably just my period but like AWWHH MY BABIESSSS 💗💗💗

Ya'll should all do it and we can watch our Sims grow up and their family line expand it would be so cutie and then u can tell me all your Sim lore and what's going on in their lives and EVERYTHING!!
