Hello mates, I'd like to apologize for not keeping in touch for the last weeks. I've been busy trying to find work ever since I graduated since July. Which brings me to my topic today, WHY IS IT SO HARD TO FIND A JOB THESE DAYS.
Okay look, I'm not that guy that has the flashiest resume, I'm not the guy that went to the most prestigious schools in the country, but I try my damn hardest to do the things that I work with. i got some experiences with my free-time work for the past few years (I'll get to that in probably the next vlog), and some of those guys state that I'm a good-good kid in those jobs. Hell, I even finished Latin Honors when I graduated (I'll talk about it for some other time). So WHY CAN'T I GET A WORK WITH THESE KINDS OF RECIEPTS UNDER MY BELT?
I've passed probably a hundred or two resumes to companies. I've tried everything; Online Application, On-Site Application, Job Fairs, Referrals, EVERYTHING. AND NOTHING WORKS. The only time that I was called up was for an interview at a job at an agency, and then told me after the interview, "we will keep in touch with you for two weeks".
Sigh... Am I just applying at the wrong places? Am I just not that good for a job? I don't know rn tbh. At this point, I'd just considered calling up my unt to work for government jobs, and even that I would only be entertained for January (since apparently HR's real cold for Ber-months).
...That's all I have to say for now, I would try to keep in touch for this next couple of weeks and try making weekly blogs again (my brain is just not getting a good time again). If you're one of me who haven't got any jobs even though you've tried everything, I would like to know why this' the case. And as always, whenever you're trying to find a job or your new experiences in life, be careful out there.

im in this exact same situation. i even had an "on site trial shift" that i worked for them for an hour, got paid cash for that hour, but got ghosted by them for two weeks almost just to be told i didn't get the job. my friend joked that they only keep the "hiring" posts up for some sort of tax benefits or something but im kind of starting to think thats the case. so many jobs will say they want to hire someone but never do, and then youre expected to answer why you've been out of work so long lol. maybe its cuz nobody is actually getting back to us!
Isn't that illegal? Surely that has to be illegal under sort of labor code of something...
